Is the Trade Window for that chart already open?
No, the Trade Window is never open. I specifically close it (x), I never have it in the background/hidden. I only bring it up with my keyboard shortcut if I ever want to check something (ctrl+shift+T). It won't appear on screen unless the ATR changes enough to trigger the next/previous xx.twconfig.
