The Daily Historical Data comes from the exchange and is only available after 20:15 Eastern US Time. This is just how the exchanges do it, so we have no control over this. The only thing we can suggest is to use the Intraday data to create your daily bars. We are not certain why you would have had a problem when you set your chart to 390 minutes (for a full 24 hours, you would need to set it to 1440 minutes). It's easier to set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Chart Data Type" to "Intraday Chart Only", then you can set the Bar Period to be 1 day. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Chart Data Type (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Date Range and Limiting Method) But, keep in mind that there are differences in the the Daily Historical Data versus the Intraday data, mostly due to the times that are covered, so make sure you have your Session Times set as you would need.
