There must be something different in the Chart Settings between these two chart. One item that we see is that you have a 5 minute chart with the bars starting at 1 second after the whole 5 minutes (i.e. 10:20:01, 10:25:01, etc.). We can not see the times in the other chart, so we wonder if these have different Session Times, which would cause this issue. There are any number of other possible places for an issue that you would need to check. Go through the Chart Settings to see what may be different between the charts. Also, we would recommend copying the chart from one installation to the other and see if you it shows differently in that case. If it does, then this would imply a Global setting difference (such as the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit"), rather than a Chart specific setting.
