Sorry support, this was my mistake. I had an instance running on my laptop and did not know it when I opened my desktop, therefore trying to run SC on 2 diffferent machines at the same time. Once I closed down that other instance on my laptop and tried the desktop again charts are updating and all is well. Sorry to bother you with my mistake, please close this incident ticket. Rick |
