Post From: How to exclude evening session price action except for last day

It might be a bit crude but two separate chart windows would work, one showing no evening sessions for prior days on the left and one showing it for the current session on the right. The chart on the right should be set to show 1 day of data, so it's always JUST the current session - just make sure the session times are correct.

The trick would be aligning them properly with the exact same size. Personally I'd duplicate one chart to create the other to make sure. You'd probably want to experiment with linking the charts' vertical scale position. Use left side scale on the left chart, or just hide the scale on the left chart so you can have the left edge of the current day's chart positioned just after the last bar of the prior day.

The more I think about this I'd probably position the current day's chart ON TOP of the right side of the previous days chart so that it covers the current day, with the left edge just at the end of the previous day's session. This would make sure they'd stay in alignment vertically if you moved the scale up or down (using chart linking vertical scale). Just set the current day's chart window to "always on top".

I think you could probably make it look really good with the right settings/positioning.
