You have the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Adjust Proportional with Bar Period" set to "Yes". Therefore, when you are going to a 1 minute or 2 minute bar period, the amount of data loading is becoming small enough that the previous days data is not available and therefore the lines are not drawing since there is no data to derive them from. You would either need to set the number of days to load to something large enough to cover the holidays and weekends with the smallest timeframe you would use, or set the option to "No".
