Hi John I've been with Sierra and AMP for many years and stupidly I moved to NT8 for several months for the same reason - that being the ability to seamlessly (I thought) trade multiple prop companies without the restriction of a single Rithmic connection. What a nightmare. Delayed orders, chart lag, sync issues etc. etc. and not to mention mutliple losses through locks-ups. I've literally watched the bar-timer skip seconds in its count down. I now see why friends moved to TV rather than NT8. I do like TV but it lacks the flexibility and speed for my trading style. Of course, these are just issues I've personally experienced and although I maybe in the minority they have been costly in terms of blown accounts, thus I'm moving back to Sierra on the 01/01/2026. So, is there any reason why Sivle and User294201 should not consider 3rd party connectivity with a single Rithmic account as the leader for multiple Tradovate connections which would seem to provide an indirect multi-account connection and render the Tradovate decision of no concern? Just a thought. PS Please note I am UK based hence any excess lagging on top of my latency is a real issue with platforms designed along the lines of NT. |
