Hello John. Thank you for reaching out. I tried click every Reset Scale button I could find - as you suggested in link above - to no avail.

1) First maybe I need to uninstall and re-install Sierra Chart? - But I cannot find a way of uninstalling this application because it does not show up in the Apps to uninstall section of my Windows 11 Settings.
2) I have deleted the DOM charts and reinstalled them again again. - and gone to Edit / Translate Symbols to Current Service - but still no data has been loaded to my DOM charts and neither to their accompanying white trading screen - which is just blank.
3) Do you think this is because I haven't yet connected to a broker?

HELP!!
