What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Hitorical Daily Equities Data Download Time" and the setting below it for "Historical Daily Data Daily Download Time Zone" set to? You should not be starting a scan until after that time in that time zone. Are you having an issue if you run the scan after that time?
