This is not a new item, but it may be the first time you are encountering it. You have hit the limit on the number of daily historical data downloads that you can have for the month. The limit is 5000, but you can pay for additional downloads. Although at this time, we would just recommend waiting until January 1, 2026, when this will reset. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AdditionalHistoricalDownloads Note that each time the system makes the request, whether or not data is downloaded, it counts towards this limit. So if you are changing the connection quite often, then this would lead to hitting the limit. If you want to connect to two different services, we recommend having two separate installations of Sierra Chart.
