Setting the End Time to 09:40 would work for what User708541 stated. This is because most of the studies in Sierra Chart are based on the bar data, not the underlying data that makes up the bar. So if you have 5 minute bars and you want a 15 minute opening range starting at 09:30, then if you set your start time to 09:30 and the end time to 09:40, you will get the data for the bars at 09:30, 09:35, and 09:40 (which takes you from 09:30 to 09:44:59), which is your 15 minute opening range. It is best practice to just set your start times and end times for what you want, considering how bar set their opening time. Therefore, setting 09:30:00 for the start and 09:44:59 for the end is the best way to do this.
