Hi John, good afternoon! Thank you so much for your prompt reply, super helpful! It seems that the issue was solved by your last suggestion: going to Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settigns >> General >> General > Max Depth Levels (I had set that one to 0, I updated it to 100 and now it's working again).
