We think you are actually asking about the Continuous Contract not working properly, and not about rollover. The continuous contract is not working correctly in this case, because you are on an older version. There was a problem with this that is fixed in the current release. Please update by following these instructions: Software Download: Fast Update -- If you are actually referring to rollover and you think you should be on the next contract then be aware that termination of trading for BTC and ETH are defined as the following from the CME Website: BTC: Outright: Trading terminates at 4:00 p.m. London time on the last Friday of the contract month. If this is not both a London and U.S. business day, trading terminates on the prior London or U.S. business day. ETH: Outright: Trading terminates at 4:00 p.m. London time on the last Friday of the contract month that is either a London or U.S. business day. If the last Friday of the contract month day is not a business day in both London and the U.S., trading terminates on the prior London or U.S. business day. Although the wording is slightly different in each case, the result is that termination of trading will be the last Friday business day of the month, or the day before that. For the December 2026 contract, this would be December 26, 2026, although given the way the holidays are, it may be as early as December 23, 2026. But it is not yet time to rollover to the next contract, at least not from a date perspective.
