From what we see, it looks like your buddy is the one connected to Rithmic (chart with symbol of "ESH6.CME"). From what we can see, that chart is not getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, as such the data is from Rithmic. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so it's quite probable that there is some missing data in that chart right around the rollover. Also make sure you both have the same rollover settings.
