We only know that the issue has gotten worse, as there are a number of people having the issue of not being able to run the x64 version of Sierra Chart. We do not believe that this has anything to do with Sierra Chart, but is related to something in either MAC OS, Parallels, or Windows. And, since you found a workaround, this supports our theory.
