First all, I am one of those "people", Sierra IS THE BEST. The reason our charts take a little while to load, is that, Sierra downloads historical data to our local hard drive, files with extension .scid. before display anything on the Chart. Compare to TV, which is web based, all the data are on their server. My solution is, I just get up a few seconds earlier. Having data on my local drive is great, for analysis and replay after market is closed. Sierra is not necessarily difficult, I was overwhelmed by sheer number of options when I started to use Sierra, but once I got used to them, I realized how great it is.
