If you are already in a negative position and you move the Stop order to the other side, then this will fill that stop order at the market price. Therefore, when the "Move to Breakeven" occurs as soon as that Stop is placed at the Breakeven price, it will fill at the market price and your position will be closed.

Since you are using the Teton Order Routing Service, refer to the following:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Auto-Send Market Order On Rejected Stop Attached Order (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)

We do want to point out that if you are in a negative position, it is unlikely that your conditions for "Move to Breakeven" will be met.
