In the “detached” windows, neither “TitleBar” nor “ScrollBar,” nor "Menu" are enabled for me. The pic shows version 2819. The “TitleBar” is now permanently enabled, even though I did not enable it. (#1) For #2 and #3, I deliberately enabled the “TitleBar.” The chart is now displaying strange behavior. A different chart is displayed in the “background” which also changes. I am back to 2813.
