They make the statement about this due to the following line in your Message Log: Error getting list of user files to download. Response: ERROR: Downloading of files on startup is disabled. | HTTP status: Request completed with the HTTP response status code 200.
You can view the status for your account for this setting at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=EnabledCustomStudies But we are currently confused, as you have this set to allow downloads, so you should not be getting that message in your log. Are you running in Safe Mode by any chance? Or did you recently change that setting so everything is fine now?
