Post From: Non-Professional classification for an LLC

Is it possible to be classified as a non-professional to get the reduced CME data fees if my account is in the name of an LLC? I have read the critera and I qualify as non-professional but I have read some brokers/data feed providers automatically tag you as a professional if the account is in the name of an LLC. I currently have a personal account with Dorman using Teton data feed but would like to switch to an LLC for tax benefits but as a non-professional. Please advise.

Thanks
