We cannot say for sure, but this sounds like, a connectivity related issue at the time: I tried hitting flat again and the cancel button again with no luck. I then tried hitting the "X" on the chart with no luck also. The connection was lost but not yet recognized as being lost. A restart should not have been necessary. It sounds like again you had a connectivity problem: EDIT: It just happened again when I hit flat and the platform froze? I think the clock wasn't ticking in the chart. The flat button didn't take me out but the stop loss did work. Please help if possible.
