You are getting your data from Rithmic, so we can not help with how that data comes into the system. What exactly do you mean by "monitor freez"? Is it just the data stops, or are you not able to interact with the system at all? -- If you would like to try the data from our "Denali Exchange Data Feed", then we recommend installing a second Sierra Chart and leave the "Current Selected Service" as "SC Data". You will then have access to our Delayed Streaming Data, which is 10 to 15 minutes behind the real-time data depending on the exchange. But the data source is the same as the real-time data, so you whatever you see with the Delayed Streaming Data is how the real-time data will be for you.
