When I change my serivce package to disabled will it be paused ?

No.

When you change your package selection to "Disabled" this is setting the renewal for your account to be "Disabled". It has no impact on the current package you have available.

We do give refunds for Usage Time in whole month (31 day) increments, so if you have more than 31 days available, we can refund these whole month increments back to your Services Surplus. If you want, we can then issue a refund for your Services Surplus balance back to your payment method, less a $5.00 processing fee.
