Hi, I want to report something similar too. I hit flat this morning (Teton also) and while I got out of the position, the take profit and stop orders didn't go away. I tried hitting flat again and the cancel button again with no luck. I then tried hitting the "X" on the chart with no luck also. I had to relaunch and then hit "X" on the chart to finally rid of the orders. Any insights into this and how to prevent for the future? Please let me know if there are any data I can provide to better diagnose. EDIT: It just happened again when I hit flat and the platform froze? I think the clock wasn't ticking in the chart.
