Hello Sierra Chart Support, I need help with a chart scaling issue. I am using Sierra Chart Version 2811 (clean installation, Windows 11). I want to increase the horizontal width of Numbers Bars (Footprint), but the usual settings are missing. These settings do NOT appear anywhere in my Chart Settings: -Use Fixed Bar Width -Fixed Bar Width (in Pixels) -Automatic Bar Spacing -Number of Bars In View -Use Even Spacing I checked the following menus: Chart → Chart Settings → Bar Period, Chart Settings → Display, Chart Settings → Scale, Global Settings → Graphics Settings but the options are simply not present at all. I attached photos showing the missing settings. No Attachments were provided in this case Could you please tell me: 1.Why these spacing/width settings are missing in version 2811? 2.How can I enable or display them? 3.Is this a known issue in this version? 4. Do I need to downgrade to a previous version to use Fixed Bar Width? Thank you in advance. GH
