but the chart would not connect (I'm guessing that it would not connect to data feed, but can not be sure - just kept giving me dialog that it would not connect). For help with this, we need to see the Message Log. Here are the instructions:https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#log which makes sense as this is typical of trying to load an older version of any program. This is not true with Sierra Chart.but would not run. The usual reason for this is that .NET 4 is not installed. But if you install this version which does not use .NET you will not have this issue:https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupNoCLR.exe Explorer will not allow me to down load. What next? Not sure what the specific issue is.
