The snapping options would not affect the Market Depth Historical Graph. You should have had the numbers displayed on the right side of the chart updating and matching what you see in the DOM. We can not explain why this was not the case, unless we misunderstood what we were seeing. Keep in mind, that with "Use Last Quantity Instead of Max Quantity for Bars" set to "No", you are going to get the Maximum quantity displayed in the Market Depth Historical Graph bars themselves, so this may not update very often.
