Okay, got your message that I should not delete the newer version of Sierra Chart just to go to the older version. Well, this was after I had deleted and I want to move on. The problem was that I had loaded the latest version on a new computer - first time loading any Sierra Chart on this computer. Install went fine, but when I started the program, all started correctly, but the chart would not connect (I'm guessing that it would not connect to data feed, but can not be sure - just kept giving me dialog that it would not connect).

It was recommended to go back to an older version. This was also when it was recommended to delete the newer version - which makes sense as this is typical of trying to load an older version of any program. Deleted newer version and loaded sierrachartsetup.exe. This downloaded, installed, but would not run.

Went to back to Sierra Chart and downloaded a version from back in August - it would not start. Went back to Sierra Chart and tried to download the latest version again, but now Explorer will not allow me to down load. What next?
