A few items of note: - The chart you show in the image has a symbol of "MESZ6.CME", so you are asking for the data for the December 2026 contract. This would be why there is no data. If this was a mistake, then you should change it to MESZ5.CME. If you are really wanting to view the December 2026 contract, then what you are seeing is probably correct. - We do not see any issues in the log. - You are connecting to Rithmic, and you have a lot of symbols that Rithmic does not like. We put out an update about 6 months ago to help with this, but we are not certain if you have this version or not, as you are back a bit. We recommend updating to the most release release in order to ensure that you are not having an issue related to this.
