Is this a Mac? And what type of processor does the computer have? If it is an ARM processor normally we would think that you would have to run the ARM version, but based upon what we have been hearing, the X64 version of Sierra Chart will run fine on ARM processors. Our recommendation is to use the X64 (Non-ARM) version of Sierra Chart and see how this works. Possibly at the time you had an issue, there was a specific problem why you ran into the instability that you did, and if it is the problem that we think at the time, that issue is now resolved.
