Clearly the primary issue was the random alerts, the secondary was SC not acting as expected when trying to turn them off. The setting send alert as chat message ON/OFF would I assume turn it off?! If it doesnt turn it off why does it need to be turned ON in the setup? Anyway, while looking at this again now I have noticed on the phone the messages include the term "delayed 60 seconds" or delayed 30 seconds etc. So when they hit my phone and I'm sat at SC and see there was no alert trigger at that time, they appear to be random and theyre random as the delay for each message is not only delayed but delayed for varying amounts of time. Do we know why? Thanks |
