Refer to the following for an example:
Attached Orders: One Target with 2 Stops with Move to BreakEven on Target 1

But, in that example, there is only 1 target with a quantity of 1. To do this properly and have a target that covers a quantity of 2, you need to have 2 targets and two stops, each as an OCO pair. The Targets can be at the same price level, but they will be separate.

Note that for Stops, there is an ability to set a single Stop for the full quantity and have it set to an OCO of "All OCO Groups".
