Alertsound 1, is what I assume SC assigned to alert sound 1 in the drop down on the alerts page. I haven't named that myself. I have removed the Chat Identifier, and Chat Identifier or Chat Name for Alerts was blank. What next? These alerts worked fine until yesterday Thanks |
