The best way to get to a Support Board post is through the email, as you state.

But, you can view all the posts that you have made by going to the "Support Board" and then clicking on the link for "View My Posts/Threads". This link is at the top of the page, just under the title for "Support Board". There are 7 links in that section for things related to the Support Board.

You can then select the thread you want from that list.

For what it is worth, I have found an email client named "eM Client" that I like. It's not perfect, but it's pretty good, and the data is not stored in the cloud, which was why I changed from Outlook myself.
