You should be able to move your pointer to the upper left side of that column and then drag it to the right. When you have the pointer in the correct position you will see a red line about the height of the title area for the columns, that indicates you can click and drag. There is no reason that there should be an issue with this. There are no settings that stop this from occurring. You can also try opening the "Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns", selecting the column you want to resize, enable the option for "Automatic Sizing" then select "OK".
