There is no specific option to be able to alert when extension lines are drawn for the Volume at Price Threshold Alert V2. But, there are ways to get an alert either for every marker that shows up, or for when a group of adjacent alerts is formed (Highlight Adjacent Alerts Minimum Group Size). Please think about the underlying information that is creating the extension lines and let us know what you are really wanting to create an alert for.
