If you are getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then the data is definitely correct. Everything on your account looks fine, but we do want to check one thing. Please check the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" and make sure this is set to "Yes". If it is not, then you are not getting the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If it is set to "No" and you want to get the data from us, then change it to "Yes", select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect".
