The one thing to be aware of is when you change to a different Data or Trading service you need to add the custom symbol again to the Global Symbol Settings since it will not exist for the currently set service if it was never added before for that service.
I found I had to disconnect and reconnect to the data feed this morning before a new custom symbol would generate. |
