my charts keep stalling out, i can disconnect from sierra chart feed and reconnect then it catches up, but then sits there, no data feeding. the realtime clock on charts does operate properly. and yes account is paid current for sierra charts and data feeds. User of the software for many years, this is unusual and unhelpful for trading.
