I don't believe I have any wrongly formatted symbols. If you look at the second log referencing my bond chart book with SOFR 3 month futures. Look at the screenshot below. It should not be saying, what it is saying in the log. I should be able to plot the entire SOFR curve on the same subgraph, on the same price axis, regardless of if there's been any volume or tick movement etc. regardless of 'active contract months'. regardless of transition dates. Something is fundamentally wrong with the logic If I can't plot the SOFR curve on a intraday and historical chart. Yall need to remove this logic from EVERY 'non active' futures contract in every exchange. It's called the 'FUTURES' market. If I am even right, yall wouldn't even admit where you went wrong. All my SOFR charts that I've been working on got deleted when I tried to launch my bond chartbook when I rolled back. If you guys can't allow to plot the SOFR curve through the add additional symbol study - you are not making your trading software friendly to the tools that bond traders need. Please listen to this, there are outside sierrachart user communities, and they are not optimistic about any updates. After what has has happened to me, I will join that crowd and will recommend to each and every user to not update. And yet yall are optimistic and telling us about performance improvements but yall don't run what we run, and we fall for it, and we think that applies to our huge chartbooks, and it ends up breaking everything, and usually the rollback is safe, and there is usually no memory leak, and chartbooks don't get corrupted. But not this time for me. Hey I'm sure you guys would have noticed your entire SOFR curve charts being deleted as soon as you updated versions, and wanted to test rolling back.
