It is highly unusual for Sierra Chart to crash (shut itself down). Please do the following for us: - Start the instance that is shutting down. - In that instance select "Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log". - On that tab find the setting for "Save Message Log to File" (it's at the very top) and set this to "Yes". - Select OK to close that window. When the program crashes again, then do the following: - Open the file manager program and go to the main installation folder for Sierra Chart (typically this is C:\SierraChart, but you may have put it anywhere). - If this was the sub-instance that crashed, then go to the "SierraChartInstance_2" folder. If you used a specific sub-instance number, then replace the last number with the particular sub-instance you are using. - Then go to the folder named "Logs". - In there find the most recent file that starts with a filename of "Message Log". - Attach that file to this thread for us to take a look by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching a File (Optional) -- Also, we are curious if you are using any custom studies on your system?
