The correct symbol for IB appears to be: 6M-202512-CME-USD. This allows one to trade it through SC, however only IB's data fills out the chart, no backfill. In Sierrachart connected to IB, under find symbol, MXP-202512-CME-USD pulls up the Mexican Peso chart using SC's Denali data. The problem is executing on MXP-202512-CME-USD , which appears to be listed as Mexican Peso, both in Sierrachart, and in IB, IB actually has MXP routed to Micro Ripple Crypto futures. This problem cost us money, and then could not get out of the position, system would not accept a closing order, trade desk had to close, and that contract has no volume/liquidity, closing out at a significant gap. Most of the bar you see from yesterday is what happened in this post. Not saying this is SC's fault, just looking to correct it. |
