I was running the software today and suddently at 1 second before the US session was starting, data throughput was halted. In an effort to renew the charts, I tried to download data from the beginning but the appearance is still wrong. I cannot trade with wrong data, missing the first 3 minutes was devastating. I barely survived the catastrophe!
Please let me know what to do in order to download missing data and the charts to appear correctly.
I need to do it today, otherwise it will be another catastrophe to trade tomorrow with missing/incomplete data.
