We do not know the answer to this question. In order to verify your non-professional standing, you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account, for which an Interactive Brokers account qualifies. When the connection is made it is up to the brokerage for how they report your account as either being valid or not. We do not know what criteria Interactive Brokers uses for this, so we do not know if there is a minimum deposit amount. Although, we have never heard of anyone being able to get by with a $0.00 account. Most likely someone would have posted had this been possible. But we do recommend trying if you have the time and ability to do so. Keep in mind that in order to connect to data and trading services you need to be on one of the paid Integrated packages.
