Menu "Trade>Attached Trade Window to Chart" opens TW flush with top of chart. Reopen of menu now shows checkmark. Unchecking item on menu does NOT close TW, but does reopen it with [x] at top right, which permits close. In other words, 3 steps to open & close TW. I don't see option for CTW button to close. That [x] should appear every time.
