What's the fastest way to place an order at a specific price? Let's say you're trading Crude Oil, the greasiest product in the market, you will slip and you will fall. Say you want to place a specific order type at a specific price on a chart, what's the fastest way to do that? 1) Maybe right click at the price > trade > select the order type from the list you have configured? Certainly not the fastest! 2) Maybe keyboard shortcut Buy/Sell Stop/Limit at current pointer price? Fast but doesn't cover all order types, let's say you want stop-limit order or any other order type what would you do? 3) Maybe Control button to Buy/Sell at current pointer price? Same issue as #2, you cannot use any other order type other than limit/stop. Any ideas are welcome. SC has a lot of capabilities that are already builtin/developed, it just needs to be extended to different use cases. |
