The first issue is that you are on the "Base Standard" package and you are trying to connect to Rithmic. You can not connect to data and trading services on the "Base" packages. To connect to data and trading services, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information at the following link:

You should have noticed a statement next to the various services when you were selecting "Rithmic Direct - DTC" that said "Not Enabled on Package".

To change your package, follow these instructions:

And make sure that you have the correct symbols for Rithmic by opening your chartbooks and selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

Also note that you will be getting your data from Rithmic, as you are not setup to get any real-time data from us.
