...took all steps to set privileges...
...got message that sub instance #2 can't get TETON connection...(this could be caused by server shutting down during closing Market)
...brought back privileges...
...went to NTP Setting...set there everything the way it is supposed (11479;Sierra Chart US Midwest)
...under tab Advanced set YES (that was set to NO ??!
...SET SierraChart_64 to "Run as an Administrator"
...
...will test in 35 min when Market open but all seem good
...
