The Value Area and Point of Control will change as you change the "Ticks per Volume Bar". This is simply due to the nature of what changing that value does, which is to aggregate multiple price points together. There is nothing wrong with it, it is giving the correct information for what you are asking the system to do.

Given what we state above, there is no "true value area levels and point of control". There is the information for what you have asked to be calculated. If you believe that what you require is the information for every tick, then you would need to leave the "Ticks per Volume Bar" set to "1".
