Thanks John. I did some more digging and now Edit > Export Bar and study data is working fine for all studies in all chart regions. I think there is an edge case that is problematic but I could be wrong and certainly not worth your time to investigate further. The "Write Bar and Study data to file" study also works but only if it is the LAST study in the study collection otherwise it won't export any spreadsheet formula study values in Chart Region 2+.
